Ashe StarGazer - View from Above

Ashe StarGazer is a curious one. A bulky female Minotaur with a mind outside of typical religion. She understands that the gods that influence the world around her fear what dwells beyond the Material Planes, and that's exactly where her power comes from.

Background - Ashe had made a fortune or two off of the Iron Route. Using connections and her own abilities she gained a level of respect for those looking for fast steeds and means of entertainment. The world was a means to make money, and she found that she had a knack for it.

She built her little empire, but she was bored with her success, breeding the finest horses and finding animals for the arena had lost its excitement. She craved more, to go further, to find the exotic. She attempted to commune with the powers that so many clients and friends followed, Tymora, Waukeen, Mask... None seemed like the right fit... The world around her still felt like a product beyond these gods... She looked further, to the stars themselves. The constellations above caused thoughts and revelations that some may call blasphemous.

Ashe believes that the gods of the Prime Plane are in no way the end all be all of power, and that they all fear the vastness of space and it's many mysteries. The stars themselves hold enormous power that surpasses the gods, but they are so distant that most, if not nearly all, can not perceive it.

The stars unlocked a power within Ashe, as the Chalice, Archer, and Dragon can be channeled through her druidic essence to aid her on the path to fulfilling her greatest purpose. All while building on her empire a little here and there.

Spells - Cantrips: Druidcraft, Poison Spray, Guidance

1st: Cure Wounds, Entangle, Thunderwave

2nd: Earthbind, Healing Spirit, Moonbeam

3nd: Call Lightning, Conjure Animals

The Druid subclass that Ashe has taken is that of the Circle of the Stars, which is an incredible path if you ever get the chance to explore! But this is NPC Friday, so we're going to focus on that and not loose our minds with how much fun this subclass might be! haha

Ashe is often considered rude because she strongly feels like the gods so many follow are weak compared to who she has devoted herself to, and she lets you know! She is very matter of fact and without any apology. She knows her name carries a bit of weight where she's from, and she sometimes leans on that a little too hard since she has renowned as a supplier and not an actual bandit.

Either way, Ashe was a lot of fun to discover, and I hope she finds her way into your game soon!
