Imani (E-mon-e') is a Tabaxi apprentice shaman in her tribe. Her frame is long and slender, covered in black fur with dark brown strips, she seems to disappear in darkness, save for her piercing green eyes, which reflect light only when she wants you to see her. That's when you know it's to late.

I was training to be the next Shaman of my tribe, one who communes with the spirits for guidance and insight on events to come. During a ritual deep in the woods, I was assaulted and kidnapped by slavers... Kelsirs, they called themselves. I didn't know the meaning at the time, but I learned later that "kelsir" means "to collect". I've become a collector of sorts as well... Each life these humans touch with foul intent cries out to me for vengeance, I hear their spirits... And I will deliver.
Imani is a Tabaxi full of a driving rage that spills into her every thought. Everything was taken from her when life couldn't have been any better. Her mother was grooming her to be the next spiritual influence in her tribe. A noble and esteemed position within the tribe, the Shaman is not a role of ruling, but one of wisdom and guidance. These opportunities were taken from her, and she seeks to change that.
She escaped her captures. Far from home and very alone, she turned to solitary crime. A loaf of bread here, a coin purse there, she barely survived. But survive she did, and as her strength grew, so did her determination. Her lethal intent and indomitable will is the reason for her deadly skills.
