Banner of Courage

The Banner of Courage is an item for those who desire to be that righteous warrior wanting to inspire their comrades before the final charge. It's an item that can take many forms and shapes, from a banner on a long pole to a billowing cape on one's back.

It's the aura that it emits that makes it such a powerful item.

Some out there may see the similarity between this and the Inspiring Leader feat, and you'd be correct! But it's a feat that not everyone want to take, or it's one that doesn't feel strong enough for most players to take over other feats. But what if you had this item? You get some powerful benefits! Now, imagine that you have this item AND you just got a level that you could take a feat in... How does Inspiring Leader look now? Double those Temp HP and they still get immunity to fear!
