A pure silver circlet crown that's whole form is shaped like a waved line. Etched into its frame is a series of arcane symbols and moons.

Capable to allow the wearer to cast Telepathic Bond as an action once a day, regaining that single charge at midnight.

This item resolves a lot of issues that parties seem to have with communication. A lot of DMs struggle when it comes to ideas or strategies being shared out of turn. One player may have an idea two turns after theirs, and shares that idea with the group, which changes the planned action of another. This items allows the DM to enforce turn efficiency and for players to tighten up their plays. If this isn't a problem at your table, awesome! You can use this item to run some crazy good stealth missions. If you struggle, then use this items as a "Did you use that Circlet to share that info? No? On your turn, please feel free to share what your idea is." way to let your players have their own ideas and take actions that is their own!
