Roaring Blade

This sword has a bright, light blue hue in the blade and engravings depicting quaking earth and enemies falling in the scabbard.

Although this blade is not sentient, there is a hesitation sensed within it when drawn without it's roar being activated. The roar itself is a combination of arcane and intelligent design. The back of the blade scraps against the mouth of the scabbard, and the command word amplifies this sound magically and causes harm to any within the radius other than the wielder.
