Rune Naga Bones

These Naga bones have elaborate etchings on them, typically used for augury of some nature. However, these bones have been modified and fused with conjuration magic.

This magic takes affect when the command word is said and the bones cast onto the ground, which rabidly sink into the ground and change the terrain to be that of quicksand in a 15' radius. The one speaking the command word must be within 50' of the bones for the magic to take affect, and the bones can only be cast 30' away, otherwise they scatter too far and magic is nullified.
